At Realign, Pilates is designed for everyone from beginners to athletes, from recovery to active aging.

Before each class, a physiotherapist assesses your posture, strength, and flexibility to create a program tailored to your goals and needs.


For injury recovery: Safe, guided exercises for back pain, frozen shoulder, herniated disc, or post-surgery rehab (shoulder, knee, hip, or spine).

For performance: Customized programs for athletes , golfers, runners, and climbers , to correct imbalances and enhance strength and endurance.

For older adults: Gentle, supervised sessions that build strength, improve balance, and support independence, even for conditions like osteoporosis.

Each session is supervised by physiotherapists to ensure movements are safe, effective, and suited to your body — helping you move confidently and live well at every age.
