Posture and Movement Assessments

Pain Management & Injury Rehabilitation

Manual Therapy & Mobility Training

Each physiotherapy session takes approximately 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on the condition. A thorough physical assessment by the physiotherapist is required first to determine the treatment plan and provide a clear cost estimate.

Each session typically includes:

Assessment: A detailed history and movement check using advanced methods (MSI and Listening Technique) to find the real cause of pain or imbalance.

Manual therapy: Hands-on techniques like gentle joint movements and muscle release using methods such as (APBC) Advanced Postural Biomechanical Correction
method to improve posture and flexibility.

Treatment tools:
Use of
ultrasound and laser therapy to help tissues heal faster.

Heat or cold therapy: Applied as needed to reduce pain and speed up recovery.

Exercise program: Personalized exercises based on proven rehab methods and
DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization) to restore natural movement and stability.

Home care: Simple guidance to continue progress and prevent future problems.
