Posture and Movement Assessments
We begin with a full evaluation of how your body moves analyzing posture, balance, and muscle activation to identify the root cause of pain or restriction. This helps us create a treatment plan that supports natural alignment and efficient movement.
-

Pain Management and Injury Rehabilitation
Through personalized exercises and hands-on therapy, we address both acute and chronic pain while rebuilding strength and stability. Our goal is not just recovery, but helping you return to your daily activities with confidence.
-

Manual Therapy and Mobility Training
Using gentle, targeted techniques, we release muscle tension and restore joint flexibility. Combined with guided mobility exercises, these sessions improve range of motion and enhance body control for long-term results.

PILATES For ALL

Each session is tailored to individual goals and abilities, whether your focus is core strengthening, injury prevention, rehabilitation, or overall wellness.

PILATES for Scoliosis
This program integrates the PSSE method with Pilates principles and is taught by certified physiotherapists who hold credentials in both PSSE and Pilates techniques.
During the sessions, Pilates equipment such as the Reformer, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, and Chair will be used. The equipment adds an element of challenge to the exercises, promoting core muscle engagement and strengthening of the arms and legs through resistance, while maintaining a focus on 3D spinal correction tailored to your specific curve type.
Grounded in evidence-based practice, Pilates for scoliosis has been shown to improve spinal alignment, enhance postural control, reduce pain, and increase functional mobility, supporting long-term spine health and overall well-being.
-

PILATES for Pregnancy
Pregnant women can safely practice Pilates in all trimesters.
All sessions are supervised by licensed physiotherapists who are internationally certified in Prenatal Pilates, ensuring every movement is safe, appropriate, and beneficial for both mother and baby throughout pregnancy.
Evidence-based benefits:
Research shows that prenatal Pilates helps reduce lower back and pelvic pain, improve posture and balance, enhance core and pelvic floor strength, and promote better circulation and breathing efficiency.
Regular practice also supports stress reduction, improved sleep quality, and may contribute to smoother delivery and faster postpartum recovery. Before starting, it is important to receive clearance from your doctor and ensure there are no pregnancy-related risks (such as placenta previa).
